Now the voice of Alia Bhatt’s ‘Darling’ boycott has been raised on social media. The boycott is being called for because the film promotes violence against men.
Allegedly, the movie portrays men as weak and inferior. Despite these allegations, Alia is very excited about her first film produced by herself. After the release of the trailer of the movie, there is a lot of buzz about Alia in Bollywood. Many say that Alia has not been seen like this before.
Incidentally, Alia Bhatt’s silver screen debut began at the age of six, in 1999 as a child artist in the Tanuja Chandra-directed drama Clash. The film co-starred Bhatt, Akshay Kumar and Preity Zinta, in which Bhatt played Zinta’s childhood character. The film grossed around ₹50 million at the box office.
